Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

The documents below were prepared based on standard GDPR and Polish electronic services law requirements for a simple website with a contact form. This site is operated from Poland and governed by Polish law. We recommend a one-time legal review before going live in production, especially if the scope of the business changes.

These terms set out the rules for using the luktrans.pl website and for the electronic contact-form service provided through it, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

1. General provisions

The owner and provider of the Site available at luktrans.pl is LukTrans Łukasz Żurawa, based at Kaliska 53A, 56-500 Syców, Poland, VAT ID: PL 9112039012 (the “Provider”).

2. Definitions

Terms used in these terms mean: Site is the website available at luktrans.pl; User is any person using the Site; Contact form is the electronic service enabling the submission of a transport quote request.

3. Type and scope of electronic services

The Provider offers, through the Site, a contact form enabling the User to submit a request for a transport quote. The Site is informational in nature and does not allow transport contracts to be concluded directly online. Every request is reviewed individually by the Provider.

4. Technical requirements for using the Site

Using the Site requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript. The Provider is not liable for disruptions to the Site's operation arising from causes beyond its control, including internet connection failures or force majeure.

5. Formation and termination of the contact-form service agreement

The agreement for the contact-form service is formed when the User begins filling in the form, and is terminated upon submission of the form or upon closing the page without submitting it. Use of the form is voluntary and free of charge.

6. Liability

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented on the Site is accurate and up to date; however, it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The final terms of any transport service are agreed individually following direct contact with the Provider.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the operation of the Site or the handling of an inquiry may be submitted to luktrans.info@gmail.com. The Provider reviews complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

8. Intellectual property

All content, graphics, logos, and the layout of the Site are the property of the Provider or are used under appropriate licences, and are protected by law. Copying or distributing the Site's content without the Provider's consent is prohibited.

9. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available at this address.
